Connor Creek Boutique LLC is NOT Responsible for lost or missing packages.

Route Protection is available to purchase at time of checkout. If you chose not to purchase this, there is nothing that can be done about missing packages.  If you purchase Route Protection with your order, please contact them as they will further assist you. 

If your package is missing or lost, we will not just refund you. 

We do our best to ensure your package goes out as quickly as possible.  Please be patient with international orders as these do sometimes take some time to clear customs.
